In (near, actually) Boston

I’m coasting on fumes after getting less than an hour’s worth of sleep but I’m here in Merrimack NH for my friend Bedy’s wedding. Some thoughts:

1. Everyone was right about what a pain it is to deal with the underground Boston interstate system. I only got lost three or four times.
2. I’m having a hard time getting used to the fact that I’m this far east. I picture in my mind a map of the US, and picture where I am at the moment, and I don’t really believe it.
3. Driving in Boston is exactly like driving in Minneapolis, only everyone drives faster, is ruder, and has a much smaller concept of personal space.

Lots of people are here at Bedy’s, and we’re waiting on more for the bachelor party. More news as it happens.
