		<description>Ha.  I found out some more info about the regulations.  Turns out that those rules used to only apply to buildings like the Coffman union, which has all of the food vendors, the idea being, of course, that students would have to get their food catered by the Coffman vendors instead of bringing it themselves.  But then the university moved to a centralized room booking system, one which couldn't apply rules like that on a building wide basis.  

Also, the rules only apply if you advertise for your group.  Anyway, it's still stupid.</description>
