State Fair food update
Today: Another Scotch Egg, deep fried cheese curds (too salty), and two more shish-ka-bobs. And a Mike’s Hard Cranberry Lemonade.
Why I went back to the fair: went to the First Annual Bloggers Bash (or Second Annual, depending on when you tuned in to the Northern Alliance Radio Network show). Met and talked with The Elder, Brian “St. Paul” Ward, and the Atomizer from Fraters Libertas, Tom Swift from Pair ‘o Dice, Scott from Pink Monkey Bird, Mitch Berg from Shot in the Dark, Captain Ed from Captains Quarters, Hindrocket from PowerLine and at least three or four other people whose blog addresses I can’t remember. I mean, I almost remember them, but not enough to even find them on google. So help me out, if you were there and talked to me and I didn’t link to you, post in the comments and I’ll fix my grievous error.
UPDATE: I tried posting an update, and mozilla crashed! Aaah! Okay, so we’re going to do the short, short version. I also met Steve Gigl from Chapter Two, Citizen Jo from Jo’s Attic, Mary from Fresh Bed Goodness, and Margret Martin from Our House Blog, which has the great tagline “Live like a Liberal, vote like a Republican”.
