State fair, part two

Okay, to finish up my list of food I ate at the fair: two spam samples (I had my mom go through the line to get a second spam sample for me), another shish-ka-bob, a root beer float, sauteed alligator and french fries, and the aforementioned scotch egg. I got the description wrong though: it’s a hardboiled egg on a stick, covered in sausage, dipped in bread crumbs, and *then* fried. If you get one, put horseradish sauce on it.

I’m editing pics from yesterday, they’ll be up soon.

I kinda want a Scotch egg now.

    Is that wrong?

No. They’re amazingly good. The scotch egg booth is right in between the sheep barn and the horse barn at the state fair, so if you get your butt up here in the next week, you can get yourself one.
