    I just love going to TGIFriday’s or Chili’s and seeing their special low carb menu. It’s like, “WTF?” And the Carl’s Jr. low carb breakfast bowl looks like fat on fat, it’s eggs, cheese, sausage in layers with maybe bacon on top. Cuh-ray-zee!

    I keep trying to convince people of the virtue of the high carb, high protien, low vegi diet. with me at 5′ 10″ and 117 lb I think it is pretty obvious that it works!

    Yeah, I agree with Corey -
    I’m on both diets simultaniously - I eat High Fat AND High Carbs
    I think I’m going to loose weight twice as fast

    hey! I said high protien not high fat. I’m more of a low to medium fat sort myself. I also avoid ready made meals, fast food, and meals wieghing over 1 1/2 lb. I also try to limit myself to less than 5 meals a year with over 3000 calories. my suspition is that if more ate like me the world would be either much thinner or much fatter. I’ve yet to find anyone to try my diet plan though. volenteers?
