		<description>hey! I said high protien not high fat. I&#039;m more of a low to medium fat sort myself. I also avoid ready made meals, fast food, and meals wieghing over 1 1/2 lb. I also try to limit myself to less than 5 meals a year with over 3000 calories. my suspition is that if more ate like me the world would be either much thinner or much fatter. I&#039;ve yet to find anyone to try my diet plan though. volenteers?</description>
