Yes, I went to their “Farewell to touring” concert in Kansas City last weekend. Yes, they completely rocked. They did two sets, an acoustic set, and an electric set. And they did each set in chronological order, bringing in and switching around members of the band, so that each lineup that did each song was the original lineup when they first started performing. It was like, a mega-uber-awesome concert, just for that.

Ah, the right question to ask is, once I heard about it, was there anything that would have had a chance at keeping me from going?

(If I would have had more of a presence of mind at the concert, I would have elbowed my way up by the stage. Then I probably would have wound up on the forthcoming DVD. :) As it was, I stood in the middle-back. Close enough to the back to get in and out easily, but close enough to the stage to get good pictures.)
