Antonio

We’re finally getting a bed. We’ve been in our apartment since August and we’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. That’s us–a hundred percent class. We put our bed in the guest bedroom to force ourselves to buy a new one. We found one we liked in IKEA but it has always been either out of stock or we haven’t had a day off to have it delivered, that’s been a mess. Devin bought the bed while I’ve been at work today and I have no idea what it looks like. I just had lunch from Rubio’s-it’s a baja mexican burrito place. Man, it was so good. Their commercials all feature a spokesmarionnette with a heavy mexican accent–he’s really cute. And all the girls at work agree that the counter boy Rico is a hottie. I asked one girl what she wanted from Rubio’s and she said Rico, I guess he’s very flirtatious. Even with the married ladies. Whatever, I prefer my mexican amores to have names that begin with a vowel. Armando, Arturo, Edgar that’s sexy. Tomorrow we’re going to Old Town San Diego with Dev’s parents and we’ll have lunch at Casa de Pico. I hope it’s not cold. I’m already acclimated to this place, this strange, dangerous place…
